Perhaps the most effective way of describing the positive experience an organisation can gain from offering inclusion in the workplace training is by using feedback from previous attendees.
Below we have included some feedback comments. They help to tell a story. A story which illustrates the value and increased awareness EDI training can provide. Having been given the opportunity to attend training, these managers and employees discovered the value of learning and talking about inclusion in the workplace. Attending training on this topic facilitated by one of our expert trainers, who create a safe space to talk, added to their experience.
