The Mental Health Foundation tell us:

“Anxiety is something we can all experience from time to time. There are lots of reasons why we get these feelings.  If we don’t know how to cope with our feelings of anxiety, they can get out of control and stop us from doing the things we need or want to do.  The more often and the longer we feel anxious, the more it can become a problem.  Dealing with anxiety can be hard. But there are some things we can do to manage these tough feelings”

This anxiety webinar will include:

  • Information about Mental Health Awareness Week
  • Tips on what might help feelings of anxiety (backed up by research)
  • Links to further advice
  • A short Q&A session

Mental Health Awareness Week is an opportunity for us to come together, tackle stigma and provide information to help create awareness and understanding of  mental health.
